We apologise we are currently experiencing some technical issues with our phone line / voicemail provider.  We are working hard to resolve the issue but in the meantime please see instructions below;

If calling any of the above lines please specify the service / adviser you require and leave the following information:

Name, contact number and / or email, details of the issue you require help with.  Please note that by leaving these details you are consenting under GDPR for Citizens Advice Barnsley to record them.

Please note, that due to staff sickness, there will be no Welfare Benefits Adviser available at the South Area Outreach Advice Sessions on Monday and Tuesday until further notice.

Sessions will run as normal on Wednesdays and Thursdays

If you have an URGENT Welfare Benefits enquiry you can join the drop-in sessions run by the Generalist Adviser.
