Would you like to make a real difference to people in your local community? At Citizens Advice Barnsley, we’re supported by volunteers who are at the heart of the communities they serve.
We are currently looking to recruit a volunteer to fulfil the specific role of administration support to our Operations Manager and Service Administrator. In this role you would be required to input data and update spreadsheets, update client records on our digital system, be able to extract relevant information for reports, as well as handle incoming and outgoing post, do filing, photocopying, scanning, and typing documents.
We’d ideally like someone who can volunteer for 1 to 2 days per week for a minimum of 12 months. And due to the specific nature of this role, you must be available on a Monday.
Full training will be provided for this role. However, we do require experience of spreadsheets and google workspace.
