All Citizens Advice Barnsley Town Centre face-to-face services – including drop-in advice sessions and booked appointments – will now take place from our new offices at Queens Road!

Our new address is: 36A Queens Road, Barnsley S71 1AR.

We’re sharing premises with Age UK Barnsley, and you can find us on the left hand side as you walk up Queens Road towards the Metrodome. 

From Monday 7th September, the following services will be running from Queens Road:

• Every Monday: 9am to 12pm – ‘Central Area Council’ Drop-in Advice Service
• Every Tuesday: 9.30am – 12.30pm – ‘BEAT’ Energy Advice Drop-in
• Every Tuesday and Wednesday 10am -12pm – ‘BSL’ Advice Service

The front door will be open and unlocked while drop-in services are running. Just come through the front door and let reception know you have arrived.

If you have a pre-booked appointment outside of these times, please ring the front doorbell and wait for your adviser to let you in.
