We’re currently recruiting for a Volunteer Admin Support role…

Would you like to make a real difference to people in your local community? At Citizens Advice Barnsley, we’re supported by volunteers who are at the heart of the communities they serve.

We are currently looking to recruit a volunteer to fulfil the specific role of administration support to our Operations Manager and Service Administrator. In this role you would be required to input data and update spreadsheets, update client records on our digital system, be able to extract relevant information for reports, as well as handle incoming and outgoing post, do filing, photocopying, scanning, and typing documents.

CHANGES TO THE SOUTH AREA SERVICE DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE: Citizens Advice Barnsley will no longer be delivering drop-in advice sessions in the South Area.

Future sessions will be delivered in the South Area by DIAL, starting Wednesday 1st July. Please contact DIAL on 01226 240273 for further information.

PENISTONE ADVICE SERVICE PAUSED FOR LIBRARY REOPENING

There will be no face-to-face advice session in Penistone on Wednesday 15th April, while Penistone Library moves from its temporary location at Penistone Town Hall back to its original location on the High Street.

The refurbished library reopens back in its original location on Monday 20th April.
