CHRISTMAS CLOSURE INFORMATION 2025
The final day of advice services from Citizens Advice Barnsley before the Christmas holiday will be Friday 19th December. After this date, all local telephone, email and face-to-face services will be closed and no one will be responding to messages on social media.
All telephone and online advice services as well as in-person advice from community venues and Wellington House will reopen on Monday 5th January 2025.
During the holidays you can still access support from the national Adviceline, Help to Claim, Consumer Service and Debt telephone helplines. Opening times vary, but the services are usually closed at the weekend and on Bank Holidays.
